Delivery and Price of Products Most products are despatched on a 24hr service by our courier usually within 3 business days from the date of order but can take up to 7 working days depending on stock availability. Personalised products are normally despatched from our warehouse within 14 business days from the date of order. We cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to adverse weather conditions, industrial action/postal strikes, customers who input the incorrect delivery address when placing an order or any other incident that is not in our control. Delivery will be to the address given by the customer. All deliveries will require a signature. Please note that delivery charges may vary according to goods purchased or type of delivery service (eg. express or overseas) required. It is possible that customs may impose additional import duties and charges to orders outside of the UK. Unfortunately, this is outside our control and as such you, the customer, will be responsible for any such charges. We are not responsible for these additional charges. Our courier will attempt to deliver your parcel up to two (2) separate occasions. If you are not available to receive and sign for your order on either occasion, your parcel will be taken to your local post office collection depot for you to conveniently collect. We advise that you check your parcel tracking number online through the parcelforce.com website for the accurate status of your delivery. If you do not collect your parcel from your local collection point within 21 days, it will be returned to us. Please note that in this case, you will have to pay an additional charge of £5.95 per parcel that is returned to us, plus the standard delivery fee £4.95 for the items to be re-delivered to you. Please note that we are unable to deliver to any PO Box address or BFPO address. We are unable to deliver on weekends and Bank Holidays. The price of each product is clearly stated on our site. Prices displayed on goods are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We are able to offer a next working day delivery service on a range of items. The items that are available for next working day delivery are stated on their individual product page. Our working days are Monday to Friday inclusive. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched from our warehouse the same day, for next working day delivery provided that all items under the same order number are eligible for next working day delivery. For example, if you order an item that is next working day delivery and another item that is delivered in 3 working days, then your complete order will be despatched within 3 working days including the next working day delivery items. All next working day delivery orders will be subject to stock availability and security checks. We can only offer this service to UK customers. Certain UK postcodes are subject to longer delivery times, as stated on our delivery information page and we are unable to deliver the next working day to these particular areas of the UK. Please note that we do not charge any extra for this service, therefore we do not guarantee that we will deliver your order the next working day. This will depend on the workload of our warehouse staff. We offer this service as a extra benefit to our customers who, we know, would like to receive their order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Payment can be made by credit/debit card online, using the various cards shown on our web site. Payment will be debited from your account immediately after you place your order as all online orders are processed automatically by our payment processor. You can also place your order over the telephone by calling 0845 373 2703 (UK customers) or +44 1227 712 618 (International customers). Please note that once your order has been processed through to the warehouse and is in "processing" status, we are unable to cancel the order from being despatched. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods with the exception of cameras, edible items and personalised products. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your Local Citizens' Advice Bureau or your Local Authority's Trading Standards Office. We pride ourselves on offering high quality products and first class customer service. When you receive your order, we want you to be 100% satisfied and nothing less! Therefore, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all of our products except cameras, edible items, personalised products and special order items. Special order items are products that are a non-stocked item that we order in specifically for an individual customer. Please note that cameras, edible items, personalised products and special order items are non-returnable and exchanges or refunds will not be authorised on these type of items unless faulty or damaged. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call our customer care team on 0845 373 2703, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods if you require a refund or exchange, so we can authorise your return. Please note that all returns must be authorised and sent back to us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods for a refund or exchange, unused, in original packaging and in a resellable condition. When returning your items, please make sure to include the original invoice otherwise your returns procedure may be delayed. We advise that you return your items on a Recorded Delivery service that requires a signature for proof of delivery as we will not accept any responsibility for items that get lost in the post or undelivered. It is your responsibility to ensure items are safely returned to us within the required period. It is your responsibility for the cost of returning the goods (unless goods are faulty or damaged in which case we will collect by our courier). Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed once we've received your goods. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on B2B sales. In this respect, all sales are final. We will print your personalised items exactly as you enter them when you place your order. It is not the responsibility of Chloe Beck Ltd to correct spellings, add punctuation or insert capital letters. Please ensure that you enter any text as you wish it to appear on your personalised item. Please note that we are unable to accept any cancellations on personalised items. All orders for personalised items are final. Claims for Loss or Damage & Discrepancies Any claims for loss or damage to a parcel or it's contents including discrepancies must be reported to us by phone within 3 business days from receipt of goods. We will collect the damaged goods to inspect before replacements are despatched. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights. |
