Store Purchases: Simply take the product along with your receipt back to the store and hand them over to the sales assistant. Please return items back to the store within 7 working days of purchase if you require a refund or within 28 working days if you require an exchange. All items returned for a refund or exchange must be unused, in original packaging and in a resellable condition.
