The item must be the exact same product in colour, packaging and brand name. We must be able to verify the price you wish us to match on the internet. The advertisement must be up-to-date and the item must be in stock.

We will only price match on products that are made by the same manufacturer or designers and they must be the original and authentic items. Counterfeit or replicas will NOT be accepted.

Coupons, promotions or sale prices from competitors will NOT be accepted for our price promise guarantee. Competitors items must be in stock and available for immediate despatch.

IMPORTANT:

Our Price Promise will not be honoured on "companies in distress", "companies going out of business or closing down", "liquidation sales" or items sold on ebay and similar auction sites.
