Q: Can I buy from you if I don't have a business?

No, sorry! We are not a retailer. Chloe Beck is a wholesale company and only deals with trade customers on a business to business level. If you are a consumer, you can view and buy any of our products from one of our authorised retailers.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to despatch all orders within 7 working days, although it may take a little longer if an item is temporarily out of stock.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, you can order any amount of each item (unless otherwise stated). If you only want to order 1 of a particular item, then feel free to order just 1.

Q: Do your prices include VAT?

No. All of the prices displayed on the site are exclusive of VAT. The standard rate of 15% VAT will be added to all orders at checkout. To view prices you must be an authorised retailer with an active account.

Q: How much is your delivery charge?

Q: Do you deliver overseas?

Click here to view the destinations that we deliver to. At this time we cannot deliver to any other destination that is not listed on the delivery info page.

Q: Can I return items once I've received them?

No. We will only accept returned items if they are faulty/damaged or incorrect. All returns MUST be authorised and we will usually collect via our own courier.

Q: Can I use your product images and descriptions?

Of course you can. Simply log-in to your account to download the image files. You can also use the product descriptions, but we do recommend that you re-word them so they are different from the Chloe Beck site and unique for the search engines.

Q: Are we bounded by a RRP for items?

No. We do not tell you what price you must sell each item. You're in control of your own business, so feel free to retail the items at what price you wish.

Q: Do you offer a dropshipping service?

Absolutely, and there is no extra charge for this. You can view the details on the terms & conditions page.
