We believe that delivery costs should be kept as low as possible and not used to make a few quid profit. Therefore we only charge a delivery rate that covers our own costs and are pleased to provide you with our delivery details as below.

Delivery Times:

All credit card orders are processed in real-time. Your order will usually be despatched from our warehouse within 7 working days from the day that you placed your order. Please note that orders may take longer if items are temporarily out of stock.

Please allow an extra 5 working days for items to be despatched for orders placed by cheque.

Enhanced Compensation

Every time we despatch your order, it comes with inclusive compensation cover for loss or damage of up to £150 per consignment. For your added protection, you can also take out enhanced compensation cover for loss or damage on individual consignments. It's the ideal complement to our inclusive compensation. The cost of extra levels of cover can be viewed once you log in to your account.
